- We will provide you with feedback every 4 business hours
- We will resolve any service issue within the Stellar SLA (Service Level Agreement)
- We will deliver on the average MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) of between 4-24 hours
- We will refund you a pro-rata amount for any resolutions outside of SLA
- We will bill you accurately and fairly
- We will exceed your expectations of excellence in customer experience
