A dedicated link is when a specific amount of bandwidth is dedicated to you and not shared with anyone else. A broadband link is where bandwidth is shared on a common larger connection.
Cloud or onsite PBX?
A Cloud-based PBX presents benefits such as lower costs, no custom infrastructure, and no physical hardware onsite that has a risk of breaking or being stolen or damaged.
What is a contention ratio?
This is the potential maximum demand to the actual bandwidth available. If a broadband connection had a contention of 1:10 it would mean that the available bandwidth is being shared with 10 others.
Do you have a portal where I can manage my extensions?
Yes, you can access your Stellar telephone extensions by clicking here or by visiting pbx.stellartechnologies.co.za. Here you can add or remove or make changes to extensions. *Available if you are on the Stellar PBX platform.
Can I pay my account via debit order?
